Inquiries and reservations
A consultation request is not a confirmed appointment or photography booking. Availability, scope, fees, payment terms, and deliverables must be agreed in writing. No payment is taken on this website.
Photography agreements
Any separate signed service agreement sets out the terms for your specific assignment, including coverage, delivery, usage permissions, cancellations, and rescheduling. Where a service agreement addresses an assignment-specific matter, that agreement applies, subject to applicable law.
Images and intellectual property
The studio’s published work and website materials may not be copied or commercially reused without permission, except as allowed by law or an applicable license. Illustrative stock imagery on the website is not presented as studio work. Image usage rights for commissioned services are defined in your service agreement.
